Description of contruction (Standard style) Specially torsion-free and unbendable construction. All moving parts have ball bearings. Each rack (2 upright arms and 1 brace arm)  is completely welded and an assembled unit.

A diamond knurled driving shaft and non slippery surface, allows a controlled rotary motion and roll off movement of the shelve under load. Frame in blue (RAL 5012) Roll out shelve red (RAL 2002)

Roll Out Rack - Performance A crank rotating a spindle extends the shelves. The roll out movement is controlled and is limited by the depth of the shelf. The spindle shaft and the rotating shaft have a speed ratio from 2,5 : 1. By a total weight of 5000 kg loading, the first stoke may afford a crank force of approx. 15 kg, after that it's easy to turn. Each rack consists of at least 2 uprights, braces and on each side a control mast. Additional carrying arms may be added as storage requirements change, considering the clearance between the load and next arm. A platform ladder or a lift can be used to for loading onto the higher shelves. Remaining pieces can be kept stored on pallets or the carrying arms can be set closer together to fit the lengths of remnants.
