Description of construction: Solid steel construction, welded frame, srewable handle unit, hinged shores.
Function: The side sections and the handle unit are connected. An axle is pushed through the cable drum on which the drum is fixed between two crowns. The cable unwinder is moved to the cable drum and the axle is handled with the fitting retainer. The unwinder is tipped by pressing the handle bar to move the drum to a suspended position. Once the safety supports have been folded out the unwinder is solidly positioned and the material can be unwound.
