Description of construction: Solid base frame made of U-beam; hutch of sheet metal with strengthen border, 2 - 3 mm thick, inside completely welded. Hutch: blue varnish RAL 5012. frame: red RAL 2002.

Automatic activation: Tipping easily even from high up, no need of linkage or something comparable. The operator does not have to leave the stacker; the activator of the self tipping carriage is just to be pushed against a solid edge – e.g. of the container – and tipping process is automatically activated; after emptying the self-tipping carriage automatically locks itself again, automatic, vertical parts butt at the edge and activate the tipping process. The expediently attached automatic activation also enables tipping far into the catching device and not only emptying at the edge.
